The 30s seen by Vogue

Vogue, the fashion magazine for excellence, born in 1892, has always expressed its full excellence in its glossy cover. From my own little research I was impressed by those of the '30s, the years in which elegance was best expressed, just off the First World War, women had to come out of hiding and wants to live, the birth of the new class social "enriched" environments mundane, the Jazz Club, frequented by cubist and surrealist painters, years of Coco Chanel and Vionnet. All these situations were represented in their covers, true works of art.
