Dior ha voluto mescolare la pelle testa di moro, con il suede, ed il ricultato è eccellente. Per abbassare i toni "sacrali" della classica pelle, Lanvin, Ermenegildo Zegna, Paul Smith e Dries Van Noten, hanno optato per tessuti tecnici o canvas, sempre mantenendo un alto profilo, ovviamente.
